13 EXCEPTIONAL COSTS
There are no exceptional costs this academic year. Last acadmic year the College sold the
property on 60 North Hanover Street in April 2019. From the proceeds of the sale the Scottish
Funding Council directed the College to pay £9,350,000 to Forth Valley College to help fund their
new Falkirk campus.
