| TRANSPARENCY REPORT
We provide a number of programmes to help
with staff progression:
● Students complete the Evolve development
programme typically attended over three
years and we offer the opportunity to
complete their Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award.
● The Transition to manager development
programme includes five core management
development courses, on-the-job learning,
online learning and completion of a
transition to manager portfolio.
● For our emerging leaders we have the high
potential assessment centre which provides
assessment and feedback on leadership
styles, personal qualities and strengths. This
is followed by working with one of our learning
and development managers to create a
detailed and tailored development plan.
● Those displaying high potential are invited to
join our leadership programme. It consists
of four modules, run over a two-year period
and covers a range of leadership skills.
● The Partner potential development
programme includes attendance at the
Partner potential assessment centre followed
up with comprehensive, competency-based
feedback, executive coaching and mentoring.
Mentoring and coaching
The firm is committed to a mentoring culture
and supporting our mentors and mentees to
make this relationship work. We believe that
everyone deserves to have someone in the
business in addition to their people manager
guiding and supporting their career journey.
Alongside this, coaching is utilised to unlock
the potential in our people to maximise their
performance and help them contribute to the
future success of the firm. We undertake
on-the-job coaching to build skills and abilities
in existing roles, development coaching to
support future progression and behavioural
coaching to achieve long term, significant
change through enhanced self-awareness.
We offer a number of secondment opportunities
to clients, industry, different internal faculties and
international secondments. These secondments
contribute to an individual's personal development
by providing the opportunity to build internal and
external relationships and create networking
and business development opportunities.
Secondments give employees a greater depth of
experience and understanding of clients and our
business, which can be drawn upon on their return.
