External quality indicators
We engage positively with our regulators and value the insights
and thought leadership they offer. Regulatory findings are
assessed as part of firm-wide improvements and key messages
and learning points are shared across the audit business stream.
We are committed to constructive dialogue with the regulators
and government as we continue to grow and develop.
Over the past year we have had visits from the AQRT and ICAS.
The FRC also reviewed our work on the audit of Frasers Group
PLC, our first FTSE 350 audit client. Reports were not made public.
Between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021 there was one case in
which the disciplinary committee of any regulatory body made
an adverse finding against the firm and/or any of its members.
A measure we use to assess client satisfaction with audit
quality is advocacy. We obtain the score from the clients who
respond positively against those who respond negatively in our
client interviews.
