ETHICS: INTEGRITY, INDEPENDENCE AND OBJECTIVITY
Employee
wellbeing
Our actions under our commitment to
the Time to Change employer pledge we
signed in February 2018 have seen us:
● Continue to develop an inclusive
environment so that our people
feel comfortable to speak openly
about mental health issues;
● Train all colleagues on how to
better support others as well as
supporting themselves;
● Introduce resilience training
workshops for all; and
● Continue to provide specialist
support to those who need it most
through our Employee Assistance
Programme, counselling and
Occupational Health provisions.
Corporate
responsibility and
charitable giving
At RSM we support the communities in which
we operate through a corporate responsibility
programme that incorporates support for
Group-wide, national initiatives, and local and
individual efforts. Our four national charities
are Trees for Cities, The Duke of Edinburgh's
Award, Anthony Nolan and Leadership through
Sport & Business.
For our people and teams who raise money for
their own charities, RSM offers a funds matching
scheme for donations raised.
Over the course of the year,
we have taken an active role
in supporting initiatives that
aim to help young people from
disadvantaged backgrounds to
reach their potential. Through these
programmes, RSM continues to
offer meaningful work experience
to talented young people from
underprivileged areas and we offer
further training and employment to
those who shine.
