The content and effectiveness of the firm's
whistleblowing policy is kept under review
by the PIC.
We are planning to move from
this compliance-focused,
'traditional' whistleblowing
policy to what is now known
contemporarily as a Speak Up!
policy. We are looking to use a
benchmarking tool to assess
where we are and where we need
to get to.
