RSM understands our business and our way of
working very well - their planning is proactive
and robust, and they take time to reflect and
suggest areas for improvement. The RSM
audit is of very high quality - it really feels
like our tyres have been kicked! The Audit
Findings report is concise with useful, valuable
content and it is well communicated to all our
stakeholders. RSM also keeps us up to date,
forwarding on useful information on technical
and sector issues, all of which is good quality.
