described the

French property

market as being

"dynamic," and in

the last 12 months, it has seen

just over 1m sales. With interest

rates at historic lows they

say that the market outlook

remains healthy. This national

overview is backed up by our

and the fact that 2019 was

another record year for Leggett

We have seen an increase

in sales to both the domestic

market and to buyers from

overseas. Brexit only seemed

to fuel demand from the UK,

while we also saw a significant

increase in the number of

buyers from North America and
