ADULT SOCIAL CARE BA (HONS)
The BA (Hons) Adult Social Care has been
developed to equip you with the knowledge and
skills needed in today's workforce. We have worked
closely with local employers and key stakeholders to
ensure the subjects covered within this degree align
with the key priorities within the Adult Social Care
sector. In addition to subject-specific knowledge you
will develop skills in critical thinking and analysis,
problem solving, presentation skills and direct work
with individuals and groups. The programme is
relevant for both experienced practitioners and
those who are contemplating a career in Adult
Social Care. It is not essential that you have prior
experience in social care but for those who do,
opportunities may exist for you to import and gain
credit for your existing social care qualifications.
