HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
BA (HONS)
You will learn about and experiment with the full
range of well-established and modern approaches
to the challenges of people management and
development. Our approach to Human Resource
Management is designed to provide a supportive
setting in which you can develop holistic skills that
will enable you to flourish in a changing business
environment. Our methods are different to many
other universities as the majority of learning takes
place in group workshops, in an interactive,
participative environment.
EMPLOYER VIEW
"Each year, West Sussex County Council offers
Chichester undergraduate work placements in a
variety of services. We find them a really valuable
resource and the research they undertake is most
helpful to our business. Two students who were
previously on a HR placement commenced employment
with us following the completion of their degrees and
both continue to work in the County Council, not only
are the placements valuable, but they also provide us
with a talent pipeline to recruit from."
