W
E ARE SO LUCKY TO
live in the Parc
Naturel Régional
d'Armorique in West-
ern Finistère. We are surrounded by
spectacular scenery, wild
countryside, a stunning coastline and charming villages
- it
is everything we wanted when
we moved to France. Coming
from Scotland I appreciate the
fact that the sea is never far
away and that we get plenty of
sunny days to enjoy exploring
the coast. Within the Parc we
have the tallest mountain in the
department, Mont-Saint-Michelde-Brasparts,
which has a small
chapel on top and stunning views in every direction. That's
one of the great things about
Brittany, no matter which part
you choose you will find that
you are never far from the sea
and you'll be even closer to a
pretty chapel or church to explore.
Most of the churches are
built out of local granite, with an
enclosure called "enclos paroissial" with interesting
and ornate
calvary sculptures.
We are part of a close-knit
and professional team of agents
within Brittany. Between us
we have well over 1,300 properties for
sale and oodles of
local knowledge - we know
all the best hidden villages,
BrittanyClara Bay and Edward Brenninkmeijer share their local knowledge of
Western Finistère and Brittany as a whole
restaurants and markets and (of
course) the ins and outs of the
local property market. You will
see some prime examples of
the properties we have to offer
on the following pages and we
are confident that, no matter
what your needs, we will be
able to show you the property
of your dreams. Our own portfolio
starts with a derelict barn,
with far reaching views, just
ripe for renovation and a snip at
just €8,000. In the higher price
range we are selling the most
beautiful fairytale château, set
in 50 hectares of parkland and
a snip at €3.15m !
