Visitez notre site web www.skifrenchproperty.com
"St Gervais-les-Bains is one of the most charming
and attractive of all Alpine ski resorts. The traditional
French spa town, with its weekly market, is
at the heart of the third largest ski area in France:
the Evasion Mont Blanc domain. It has 445km
of first class, uncrowded pistes and includes the
resorts of Megève, Combloux and Les Contamines.
One of the things I love most is that it has
year-round appeal, thanks to its history and character.
This makes it a great place to live. You'll be
just as enthralled and entertained in the summer
as in the peak winter season."

the Haute-Savoie.
ONE TO WATCH
Heather Byrne
is our area
coordinator for
the Rhône-Alpes
ments, you'll find the highest
prices in the Haute-Savoie
and Rhône. The average in the
former is €340,000, which isn't
surprising as this is where you'll
find the blue chip ski resorts. In
the Rhône the average price is
€270,000 because of the Lyon
effect. The lowest prices are in
the Ardèche and Loire, which
are to the west of the region.
The average price in both is just
€150,000.
Of course, average prices
can be very misleading: look for
a ski-in/ski-out property in the
heart of a resort and you'll be in
a different world. The best way
to get a good idea of what your
pound, dollar or rouble will buy
is to spend a while browsing
through our bespoke website
www.skifrenchproperty.com.
Here you'll find over 750
handpicked properties to
choose from - for your own
personal occupation or as an
investment. It's a portfolio that
covers chalets, apartments
and houses, and we cover all
the popular resorts. We also
understand that many people
come to the Alps because they
love the variety of lakes we can
offer. They're majestic to look
at and fun to play on or cycle
around.
This is another trend we've
noticed over the last couple of
years. Clients are no longer just
obsessed with skiing and aprèsski. They
come for a myriad of
other reasons, and many resorts
are busy 365 days a year. This
truly is a year-round destination
that caters for all tastes.
One thing is for sure: buy a
property in the French Alps and
you'll be buying access to a lifestyle that simply isn't available
anywhere else. Come and join
us. You won't regret it!
